We provide on-site hardware and systems support services (multi-brand systems) and projects in the areas of Virtualisation/Consolidation, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, such as remote monitoring, HA, Tape Vaulting, E-vaulting and Physical Tape Vaulting (off-site storage conservation).

Thanks to its qualified and certified staff, Laus Informatica provides IT support services that include maintenance assistance for Servers, Storage, Libraries (Library), HP DesignJet Plotters (*), on-site system support, 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, throughout the country. We specialise in the sale of spare parts and new IT components (spare parts, upgrades, etc.), even for discontinued products, applying post-warranty on-site formulas of up to 3 years. A transversal activity to the above is Laus Informatica’s service desk, either on-site or remotely, which provides the possibility to manage and intervene promptly on any problems reported through diagnosis and correction activities. Our Monitoring services keep the operating parameters of the systems under control, both in terms of hardware and software. Analyses are carried out through ‘predictive mode’, which reduces the probability of inefficiencies or ‘downtime’.
