A transversal activity to the above is Laus Informatica’s service desk, either on-site or remotely, which provides the possibility to manage and intervene promptly on any problems reported through diagnosis and correction activities. Our Monitoring services keep the operating parameters of the systems under control, both in terms of hardware and software. Analyses are carried out through ‘predictive mode’, which reduces the probability of inefficiencies or ‘downtime’.
